Which items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of ordering. Once you have submitted the return request within 14 days, you no longer have to worry about missing this deadline.
- Items that have all labels, clothing tags and authenticity tags still attached / not tampered with.
- Items that have no marks, perfume, fake tan or make up.
- Items that are not worn or damaged.
- Items that have returns initiated within 14 days of purchasing.

- Items that have not been purchased on sale or using promotional discount codes as this also classes as sale.
- Items that are not swimwear as these are final sale.
Sale, back orders or promotional items are non returnable.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your return.
- Return processing can take between 5-7 working days after receipt of your return.
- Refunds will only be processed to the origional payment method.
