THE ITEM IS SHOWING SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?

Our items are created for exclusivity so limited quantities per style are available. Most pieces will not return however, variations, new styles and colours may be available in the future. You can sign up to be notified from the product pages if the item does return.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Please visit the payment and delivery page to find all information on options available to your country. Processing and shipping times around busier periods of the year such as Release Days and Christmas can take a little longer so please bare this in mind.

SOMETHING I PURCHASED IS NOW IN SALE OR I FORGOT TO APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE. CAN I RECEIVE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer price adjustments and discount codes are unable to be applied to orders once they have been placed.

HOW DOES YOUR SIZING RUN?

All items are generally made to fit true to size depending on style. Please note, if you wish to style your items in more of an oversized loose fit or tight fit, select sizes accordingly. All item descriptions include the fitting type.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR AN ITEM ON BACK ORDER OR PRE ORDER. WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Please note, all back order and pre order items are labelled in the product title and description. There is also a note to confirm these particular pieces can take approximately 4 weeks to ship. All back order and pre order items will ship separate to other in stock items in your order. Please do not contact us for an update until this time has passed.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR THE WRONG ITEM OR WRONG SIZE. CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once orders have been placed, sizes and items are non amendable. Please be careful when selecting items and placing in your shopping cart.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Currently, exchanges are not accepted due to us not being able to hold your exchange items. If you wish to exchange an item, it is recommended you place a new order for the item you wish to exchange and send back your current item for a refund.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return your item within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we cannot accept returns outside of the 14 days, and they will be sent back to you. Please ensure the returned items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Ensuring all tags and labels are still attached and undisturbed. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We aim to process returns within 3-5 working days of being received back in the warehouse. This time can vary in busier periods. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. It will appear back on your statement within 3-5 working days but some card providers can take up to 10 working days to process the funds back to your account.
