PAYMENTS & PROCESSING

All orders placed on BBXBRAND.com are subject to payment verification and security checks prior to processing. These checks are completed with the information provided on your order in-line with fraud prevention agencies. Orders higher in value, may be subject to additional checks where additional verification is requested.

Orders generally take 1-2 days to process and ship. This time can vary if your order requires further verification, has missing information or during busier times of the year.

Once orders have been placed, items, sizes and shipping details can not be amended due to security reasons. We are also unable to cancel any orders once they have been placed as they begin processing immediately. 

Release Day Order Processing 

Please allow additional time for processing orders placed on and around release days. Due to the high volume of orders, processing of orders can take up to 7 days. Estimated shipping times will then be effective which can be found on the shipping information page.

Back Orders 

Back orders are opened for selective popular products only. Once back orders are closed, further orders for these items can not be processed.

Items on back order, generally take approx 4-5 weeks to ship. Once orders have been placed, items/sizes can not be amended or cancelled. Items on back order also are non refundable as these items have been specifically made to order.


DELIVERY

Orders are processed through Monday-Friday. The below timescales take effect once your order has been processed and shipped. Orders placed before 12am GMT Monday-Friday will be processed on the same day providing all security checks are passed 

UK - DHL EXPRESS - (1-2 working days) - £7.00 

EUROPE - DHL EXPRESS (1-3 working days) - £15

USA - DHL EXPRESS (2-3 working days) - £25

AUSTRALIA - DHL EXPRESS (2-3 working days) - £27 

REST OF THE WORLD - DHL EXPRESS (2-6 working days) - £30 

Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which we have no liability or control over.

Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery problems or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.

Covid 19 - Although we are attempting to process and dispatch orders as quick as possible, delays may be encountered due to the worlds current climate. We are unable to account for delays that may occur with DHL, your local depot or countries border due to Covid-19. Due to this, please allow extra time for receiving your order. 

Taxes and Duties:

As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, shipping charges and return fees of 12.5% will be deducted from the refund.

Note: We do not ship to PO BOX addresses. If an order is placed for a delivery to a PO BOX address, we will reach out to you for an alternative. Shipping times may vary over busy periods and bank holidays.

In the event a return is made to us, shipping costs will not be refunded to you.
