Shipping

Once orders are placed, you have 30 minutes to edit shipping details, items or sizes. You will be displayed with editing options at checkout after payment and there is also a link in your order confirmation email to take you to the editing page. If you have opted to add more items to your order, a further payment will be needed. If the payment is not completed, your order will revert back to the original items only.

Due to our warehouse processing, once an order has been placed and enters processing, we are unable to cancel, intercept or stop the parcel before dispatch. We may also be unable to amend any details that have not been made within the 30 second window.

This does not affect your right to return eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Order Processing & Cancellations +

Order processing times and Shipping transit times should be accounted for separately. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after it is placed as this time is used for processing. If further security checks are needed, processing may take a little longer. Kindly provide any information that is required to ensure there are minimal delays.

Order processing in busy periods such as release days, sales, holidays, bank holidays ect can take a little longer and up to 7 business days. If you are worried about receiving in time or need it for a specific date, kindly reach out to our customer service team who will be able to confirm if we are in a busy processing period.

Shipping Transit Times & Cost +

Delivery Policy & Delivery Liability +

Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which falls outside of our control. Customers should monitor their tracking details and let us know within 7 days of dispatch if there are any issues. Delivery issues reported after 7 days can not be investigated.

Domestic UK orders with DPD will require a signature and image upon delivery. When using DPD delivery options such as opting to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour, DPD and Bbx are no longer responsible for the package.

Domestic UK and international orders with DHL will require a signature and image upon delivery and use GPS locations as proof of correct delivery. When using DHL OnDemand delivery services such as opting to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour, DHL and Bbx are no longer responsible for the package.

If either courier delivery services, delivery date changes or vacation holds are used, kindly arrange for your package to be collected as soon as possible.

Pre Order Lead Times +

A very small number of items may be put on a pre order option. There will always be an estimated date for dispatch on the product page under the product title, on the bag page and at the checkout before payment.

Please be mindful of these dates and shop intentionally.

If your bag contains in-stock item(s) as well as pre order item(s), the delivery will be split at checkout so you don't have to wait for the in-stock item(s).

If you would prefer to wait for everything to ship together and pay only one shipping fee, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible before your in-stock item(s) are processed and dispatched.

Tariffs, Taxes & Customs Policy +

Domestic UK packages do not incur any additional taxes or fees.

Most international packages are free of additional taxes or fees as we include everything but there are a small number of countries or scenarios where the countries local border may apply fees.

As the receiver, you will be responsible for any issues with your local customs. If a payment is required, it will need to be cleared before your order is delivered.

Rejected & Failed Deliveries +

Couriers will usually try to deliver your package between 2-3 times before it is returned to us. Kindly arrange delivery of your package if you missed it the first time to avoid any further delays or issues.

Any failed or refused deliveries incur return shipping costs by the courier which will be deduced from your refund if the package comes back to us. If you do not communicate with the courier to take delivery of your order, the package will be considered abandoned and a refund will not be provided.

PO Box Deliveries +

We are not currently able to deliver to PO BOXs. If an order is placed to a PO BOX, our team will try and reach out to you for an alternative address.
