ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 2 PM GMT Monday - Friday will be processed on the same day providing all security checks are passed and your order is NOT on PRE ORDER or have a specific lead time in the item description. Orders placed after 2 PM BST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. If further security checks are required, processing won't complete until you provide the requested information. Our shipping partner is DHL. When using the DHL OnDemand service and opting for signature releases or for packages to be left, we are no longer responsible for the package.
*Please allow additional time for processing orders placed on and around release days, holidays and sales. Due to the high volume of orders in busier periods, processing can take up to 5-7 working days which does not include shipping transit time or any specific item lead time which you can find in the item descriptions.
Once orders have been placed, items, sizes, addresses can not be amended due to security reasons. Any items which have specific lead times will be refunded to store credit.

Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which we have no liability or control over. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery issues or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.
Any orders sent back to us as a result of refused or attempted delivery will incur a return shipping fee and customs fees where they have been refused payment. These will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Note: We do not ship to PO BOX addresses. If an order is placed for a delivery to a PO BOX address, we will reach out to you for an alternative.
TAXES + DUTIES
As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Our shipping fee does not cover taxes. If a payment is required, it will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your order refund or credit note. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.

PRE ORDER SHIPPING
Items on pre order take approx 4-6 weeks to produce and will ship once they have completed production. Shipping time is not included in the production lead time.
