RETURNS

Return Eligibility 

Your item/s must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received. The return must requested within 14-days of your shipping date via our returns centre. All original packaging (bags and hangers where they were included free) with swing tags and the zip tie tags must be intact and included. We cannot accept returns if any of these have been removed and the original packaging has been discarded.

In the case where it is evident the item has been worn (leaving makeup residue, washing fabric scents, perfume etc.) or damaged, BBXBRAND reserves the right to deduct the necessary value for cleaning, repair and restock.

You must ensure to include the original order invoice with the returning items. As we are now paperless, a link to this can be found in your order email.

We refuse the right to accept any returns that are believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently or to cause loss, damages or copyrights too BBXBRAND. In the event continuous returns are made, refusal of returns will be considered.

Note: All purchased hangers are non returnable and non refundable. All items on sale can only be changed for store credit.

All Swimwear is non returnable and refundable for hygiene reasons.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Visit WWW.BBXBRAND.COM/RETURNSCENTER
  2. Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return. Note: Returns approval can take up to 3 business days in our busier periods.
  3. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping address once the return request is approved. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
  4. Package the item/s you wish to return in suitable protective packaging and include your returns slip.
  5. To ensure your return reaches us, we recommend you send goods using a secure trackable service as a minimum. (we will not be liable for any loss)
  6. Mark your parcel as RETURN to ensure quick and easy customs clearance.

Items must be returned to us via a tracked and signed for service so that you as the customer and we as the receiver can track parcel progress. While we cover the shipping cost for orders, the return shipping charges remain the responsibility of customer.
Ensuring your return reaches us will also remain the responsibility of the customer and any issues with the chosen courier cannot be resolved on your behalf.

Please clearly mark the package as a return for customs declaration if you are returning from outside the UK. If items are not marked as a return and as a result, BBXBRAND is charged import taxes, this amount will be deducted from your order refund.
We aim to process all refunds and store credits within 5-7 working days of receipt back to the warehouse. This time may vary across seasonal periods which are busier, sale periods or UK bank holidays.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size. All exchanges must be submitted through the returns centre link above. An additional shipping fee to send the exchange item to you will be payable. Once this invoice has been paid and return items received back to us, the exchange item will be shipped. All other returns instructions remain the same as above.

Sale Items

Sale item purchases can only be exchanged for store credit within the 14 day of shipping. Sale items are:

- Anything marked down at a discounted price
- Any items where a sale/promotional discount code has been applied
- Any items where a holiday sale/promotional discount code has been applied; Xmas Day, Boxing Day, Easter, Black Friday etc.

Sample Sale Items

- Sample sale items are final sale
- Items will be dry cleaned however may have small defects as they have been used for sampling etc. 

Pre Orders

These are opened for selective popular products only. These items take approx 4-6 weeks to ship. Once orders have been placed, items/sizes can not be amended or cancelled. These items are non refundable as items have been specifically made to order however a store credit can be issued only within 14 days of shipping though a return request on the returns centre.

Unpaid Taxes / Failed / Refused Delivery Returns

If an item/order is sent back to us due to unpaid taxes in the country of delivery, failed delivery or due to a refused delivery, shipping charges and return fees of 20% OR the return amount, whichever greater will be deducted from the refund.
