RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We hope you love everything you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to request a return from the day of shipping (including this day) and 10 days (UK) / 14 days (International) to get your item(s) delivered back to us from the date of your approval (including this day). Any returns received outside of the allowed period will not be accepted for a full refund and will be classed as a late return, resulting in either a store credit refund or the item being rejected and sent back to you.
We've tried to make everything as easy as possible for you, so there isn't any need to email us for return instructions. You can scan the QR code attached to the ribbon on your item or visit our Returns Portal to start your return request. All instructions will be available through the portal once your return has been submitted.
You can either choose to use a return label from us or use your own return label for most countries. The cost of return label with us will be deducted from any refund amount due.

When using your own return label, we recommend using a suitable signed and tracked service. Return shipping remains the customer's responsibility until the parcel is safely delivered back to our returns address and will not be reimbursed. Any customs charges or shortfall in return postage will not be covered by us. Refunds will not be issued while your return is still in transit. If your return does not reach us and no attempt is made to recover it, a refund cannot be issued.
Return eligibility
Items must be:
• Unused, unworn and returned in the same condition received, with original packaging.
• Returned with all swing tags, return tags, hygiene stickers and "do not remove" ribbons/zip ties fully intact.
• Free from makeup, residue, washing detergent, perfume or fabric scents.
• Free from any damage, including damage caused during trying on or alterations.
• Unused, unworn and returned in the same condition received, with original packaging.
• Returned with all swing tags, return tags, hygiene stickers and "do not remove" ribbons/zip ties fully intact.
• Free from makeup, residue, washing detergent, perfume or fabric scents.
• Free from any damage, including damage caused during trying on or alterations.
Where it is evident that a returned item does not meet the above conditions, Bbx reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct an appropriate amount from your refund or store credit to cover cleaning, repair or restocking costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns believed to be made from stylists, maliciously, fraudulently or with the intention of causing loss/damage to Bbx. Where excessive or continuous returns are identified, future returns may also be refused.
Returns sent back without submitting a return request will be rejected and returned to you.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order for the replacement.
Store credits and gift cards
Store credits and gift cards are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. They can be used across the site or split across multiple orders within their validity period. Any returns made for items purchased using a gift card or store credit will be refunded back to the original gift card or store credit, not to a bank card. Expiration dates will not be reset or extended in the event of a return.
Bundles
Where bundle items have been purchased, all items within the bundle must be returned together. If only part of a bundle is returned, full price will be charged for any items kept. Bundle purchases are only eligible for a store credit refund if returned. There are no exceptions for exchanges or returns on bundles.
Free items and BOGOF
From time to time, we may include free items in with your order. These will not substitute any items purchased and are just a little thank you gift. Where a Buy One Get One Free (BOGOF) offer has been used, or where a free item has been included, all items must be returned, including the free item in the case of a return. The BYGOF offer is only eligible for a store credit refund as it is a sale promotion offer.
Sale and sample sale
Sale items can only be returned for store credit within 14 days of shipping. Sample Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Welcome discount codes are exempt from this policy where they have been used fairly, in-line with their intended distribution and have not been misused by repeatedly signing up as a non-new or returning customer.
Sale items include:
• Items marked down to a discounted price.
• Items purchased using a sale, promotional or holiday discount code including, but not limited to, Christmas, Boxing Day, Easter, Black Friday, Summer promotions and checkout-,secureit- discount codes.
• Items purchased using a sale, promotional or holiday discount code including, but not limited to, Christmas, Boxing Day, Easter, Black Friday, Summer promotions and checkout-,secureit- discount codes.
Rejected and refused deliveries
Packages that are refused and returned to us for any reason, including unpaid taxes, customs charges or failed delivery attempts, will incur return shipping fees, applicable taxes and/or restocking fees. These charges will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
