ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 2:30 PM GMT Monday - Friday will be processed on the same day providing all security checks are passed, your order is not on PRE ORDER, have a specific lead time in the item description OR it is our busier periods* If you are unsure when it is a busy period, you can always email our customer service team to check. Orders placed after 2:30 PM GMT on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. If further security checks are required, processing won't complete until you provide the requested information. Our shipping partner is DHL - When using the DHL OnDemand service and opting for signature releases or for packages to be left/delivered to neighbour, we are no longer responsible for the package and will not accept any claims for lost packages.

*Please allow additional time for processing orders placed on and around release days, holidays and sales. Due to the high volume of orders in busier periods, processing can take approx 5-7 working days which does not include shipping transit time or any specific item lead time which you can find in the item descriptions.

Once orders have been placed, the order, its items, sizes or addresses can not be amended or cancelled as our warehouse team work within order fulfilment processing guidelines and it is impossible to find 1 order amongst hundreds of orders to attempt to change/pull out. Our customer service teams work different hours to our warehouse team so communications to request such amendments or cancellations are impossible.

Please note all above information is not relevant if your item has a specific shipping lead time in the description or is on PRE ORDER. Please check the product description before reaching out to us. If your item does have a specific lead time, it will be shipped within that time (as well as other items in your order). Shipping transit times will then apply.

Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which we have no liability or control over. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery issues or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.

Any orders sent back to us as a result of refused or attempted delivery will incur a return shipping fee.

Note: We do not ship to PO BOX addresses. If an order is placed for a delivery to a PO BOX address, we will reach out to you for an alternative.

USA TAXES + DUTIES

All packages are free of any additional taxes, duties and tariffs on delivery.

ROW TAXES + DUTIES

As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping too. Our shipping fee does not cover taxes. If a payment is required, it will need to be cleared to release your order from customs onto delivery. If your order gets returned to us as a result of unpaid or refused taxes & duties, we will deduct the full amount and the the return shipping fee from your order refund or store credit note. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.

PRE ORDER/LEAD TIME SHIPPING

Items on pre order take approx 4-6 weeks to produce and will ship once they have completed production. Shipping time is not included in the production lead time. The above shipping service times become effective once the item has shipped. For more information on pre orders, please check the returns section of our site.

Returns

We hope you love everything you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to request a return from the day of shipping (including this day) and 10 days (UK) / 14 days (INTERNATIONAL) to get your item(s) delivered back to us from the date of your approval (including this day). This means you must send the item and it must reach back to us within this time. Any returns received outside of the allowed period will not be accepted for full refund and will be classed as a late return resulting in either a store credit refund or the item being rejected and sent back to you.

We've tried to make everything as easy as possible for you so there isn't any need to email us for return instructions. You can scan the QR code attached to the ribbon on your item or you can visit our RETURNS PORTAL to start your return request. All the instructions you need will be accessible via the portal once you submit your return. A label will be issued on the very last page of the returns portal and will also be emailed to you. The fee for the return label will be deductible from your return amount. Original order shipping fee is always non refundable.

You can also choose not to use our provided label and use a courier of your own choice. In the case you use your own label, you must ensure a suitable return shipping service is used such as a signed and tracked for service. The return shipping will fully be the customers responsibility until the point the return comes back to us to our return address correctly AND WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. Any customs fees or short fall on return shipping will not be covered by us. Refunds will not be issued until the items come back to our address. Refunds will not be issued whilst your item is still in return transit. If the item does not come back to us and you don't make attempt to get it back to us, a refund will not be issued.

Items must be:

Unused, unworn + in the same condition received returned with original packaging
All swing tags, return tags + hygiene stickers with do not remove ribbons/zip ties must be intact/not removed/tampered with
Free of makeup, residue, washing fabric scents, perfumes etc
Without damages including damaged caused when trying on + alterations

In the case where it is evident the returns item does not meet the above, BBXBRAND reserves the right to refuse or deduclt the necessary value for cleaning, repair or restocking from your refund or store credit.

We refuse the right to accept any returns that are believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently or to cause loss, damages or copyrights too BBXBRAND. In the event continuous returns are made, refusal of returns will be considered.

Returns sent back to us without a request will strictly be rejected and sent back to you.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not currently accepted. All ordered items will need to be returned and a new order made for the item you wish exchange for.

STORE CREDITS/GIFT CARDS

These are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. They can be used across the site or split partly on orders within the allowed date of use. Any returns made for items purchased using gift cards/store credits, will be returned back to the voucher and not to a bank card. Expiration dates will not reset/extend in the case of a return.

BUNDLES

Where bundle items have been purchased, in the case of a return, all items within the bundle must be returned. If the bundle is returned in part, full price will be charged for the items kept. Bundles purchased are only refundable to store credit if returned. There are no exceptions on exchanges or returns of bundles.

FREE ITEMS/BOGOF

In the case where a buy one get one free offer has been used OR where a free item has been included, in the event of a return, ALL items must be returned, including the free item. These items are classed as sale and are only eligible for a store credit refund.

SALE, FINAL SALE + SAMPLE SALE

Sale items can only be exchanged for store credit within the 14 day of shipping. Final Sale + Sample sale items are final sale and can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Welcome codes are exempt from this where used fairly and in-line with its distribution and not misused when continuously signing up to receive codes as non new or first time customers.

Sale items are:

Items marked down to a discounted price
Items where a sale/promotional/holiday sale/promotional discount code has been used; Christmas, Boxing Day, Easter, Black Friday, Summer etc. INCLUDING THE CHECKOUT- discount codes. (we can not list every discount code as a full list)

REJECTED + REFUSED DELIVERIES

Packages which are refused and sent back to us for any reason including unpaid taxes and failed delivery will incur a return shipping fee and/or taxes and restocking fees which will be deductible from your refund or store credit.
