Orders placed before 2:30 PM GMT Monday - Friday will be processed on the same day providing all security checks are passed, your order is not on PRE ORDER, have a specific lead time in the item description OR it is our busier periods*. Orders placed after 2:30 PM GMT on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. If further security checks are required, processing won't complete until you provide the requested information. Once orders have been placed, we are unable to cancel or amend any details.
