RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We hope you love everything you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to request a return from the day of shipping (including this day) and 10 days (UK) / 14 days (INTERNATIONAL) to get your item(s) delivered back to us from the date of your approval (including this day). This means you must send the item and it must reach back to us within this time. Any returns received outside of the allowed period will not be accepted for full refund and will be classed as a late return resulting in either a store credit refund or the item being rejected and sent back to you.
We've tried to make everything as easy as possible for you so there isn't any need to email us for return instructions. You can scan the QR code attached to the ribbon on your item or you can visit our RETURNS PORTAL to start your return request. All the instructions you need will be accessible via the portal once you submit your return. A label will be issued on the very last page of the returns portal and will also be emailed to you. The fee for the return label will be deductible from your return amount. Original order shipping fee is always non refundable.
You can also choose not to use our provided label and use a courier of your own choice. For help on this, please reach out to our customer service team. In the case you use your own label, you must ensure a suitable return shipping service is used such as a signed and tracked for service. The return shipping will fully be the customers responsibility until the point the return comes back to us to our return address correctly. Any customs fees or short fall on return shipping will not be covered by us. Refunds will not be issued until the items come back to our address. Refunds will not be issued whilst your item is still in return transit. If the item does not come back to us and you don't make attempt to get it back to us, a refund will not be issued.

Items must be:
- Unused, unworn + in the same condition received returned with original packaging
- All swing tags, return tags + hygiene stickers with do not remove ribbons/zip ties must be intact/not removed/tampered with
- Free of makeup, residue, washing fabric scents, perfumes etc
- Without damages including damaged caused when trying on + alterations
In the case where it is evident the returns item does not meet the above, BBXBRAND reserves the right to refuse or deduclt the necessary value for cleaning, repair or restocking from your refund or store credit.
We refuse the right to accept any returns that are believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently or to cause loss, damages or copyrights too BBXBRAND. In the event continuous returns are made, refusal of returns will be considered.
Returns sent back to us without a request will strictly be rejected and sent back to you.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not currently accepted. All ordered items will need to be returned and a new order made for the item you wish exchange for.
BUNDLES
Where bundle items have been purchased, in the case of a return, all items within the bundle must be returned. If the bundle is returned in part, full price will be charged for the items kept. Bundles purchased are only refundable to store credit if returned. There are no exceptions on exchanges or returns of bundles.
STORE CREDITS/GIFT CARDS
These are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. They can be used across the site or split partly on orders within the allowed date of use. Any returns made for items purchased using gift cards/store credits, will be returned back to the voucher and not to a bank card. Expiration dates will not reset/extend in the case of a return.

FREE ITEMS/BOGOF
In the case where a buy one get one free offer has been used OR where a free item has been included, in the event of a return, ALL items must be returned, including the free item.

SALE, FINAL SALE + SAMPLE SALE
Sale items can only be exchanged for store credit within the 14 day of shipping. Final Sale + Sample sale items are final sale and can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Welcome codes are exempt from this where used fairly and in-line with its distribution and not misused when continuously signing up to receive codes as non new or first time customers.
Sale items are:
- Items marked down to a discounted price
- Items where a sale/promotional/holiday sale/promotional discount code has been used; Christmas, Boxing Day, Easter, Black Friday, Summer etc. INCLUDING THE CHECKOUT- discount codes. (we can not list every discount code as a full list)
REJECTED + REFUSED DELIVERIES
Packages which are refused and sent back to us for any reason including unpaid taxes and failed delivery will incur a return shipping fee and/or taxes and restocking fees which will be deductible from your refund or store credit.
