Why am I required to send in additional information? 

All orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Although the initial charge was approved, we sometimes require additional verification to ensure that the card is being used by the authorised cardholder. We consider unauthorised card use a risk, and take precautions to protect ourselves and our customers. Consequently, you are only confirming the legitimacy of the information that you already provided in your order. 

Will I be required to provide this information every time I buy from BBXBRAND? 

This type of request is typically a one-time requirement. For example if you have placed a high value order or if it is your first time ordering with us. Once we receive the requested information, we will make a note that you have been verified in your account to prevent delays with future orders. 

What if I’m unable to provide either of the request? 

Unfortunately, we cannot continue to process the order unless the verification process has been completed as mentioned. If you choose not to complete the verification process, please let us know, and we can cancel this order at your request. Consequently, if we do not receive the requested information, or you do not contact BBXBRAND within 3 business days from the date of the first order placement, your order will be cancelled.
